Extra virgin olive oil
Minotaur organic and conventional extra virgin olive oil
Minotaur of Crete is a cold extracted, premium grade extra virgin olive oil from the island of Crete.
The sunny climate, combined with the rich soil close to the sea, encourages the olive trees to flourish and contributes to a healthy, nutrient-rich olive oil that will transform your salads and dishes into a special taste experience.
Our natural Cretan olive oil is produced exclusively from the variety of Koroneiki olives, which has been known since ancient times and captivates with its fine and fruity aroma.
Many hours of sunshine and sufficient rain allow the Koroneiki olives to ripen optimally. Then the olives are picked, carefully selected and brought to the olive mill. This produces an excellent olive oil, which has a unique aroma.
